Pressure Washer Truck 1000 Gallon Tank

1999 International 1000 gallon black poly tank. Only 130,000 miles. Good tires. Interior AC/DC converter. Multidirectional rear flasher. 2 Amber safety lights. 2 - New rear lights. 2200.00 for the truck and black plastic 1000 gallon tank only. Pressure washer equipment and 300 gallon recover removed. Just add your own. The issue: We are a 25 year power washing company looking to build a heavy duty dual man unit. We purchased from the City of Houston. We built and used on a contract for about a month. After a shift with no problems my worker backed it up inside our warehouse as always and the truck has not started since. The motor turns but will not start. What we know: Its not the batteries. We purchased 2 new ones. Its not the starter. We purchased a new one from International Trucks. At this point we are not mechanics and as hard as it is, I have decided to take a lost and sell it to get a regular trailer and pressure washer like our other ones. It will have to be towed. (Unless you can figure out how to start) Motor is not locked up as we got it to turn. It is now presently being stores inside our warehouse.
