2001 Chevy 3500 HD 8.1L flatbed truck

For sale is a 2001 Chevy 3500 HD dually flatbed. This truck was originally an AT&T service truck that we converted into a flatbed work truck and used for our business. We have since purchased a new work truck and no longer need this one. The truck has the 496cc 8.1L Vortec gas engine with only 107,771 miles. This truck has dual rear leaf springs and a 10 lug rear axle.It has great power and it can haul a lot of weight on the bed. The bed has a new hide-a-way goose neck hitch installed along with a pintle hitch on the bumper. It also has tool boxes mounted below the bed on both sides. The truck starts right up and runs very well. The transmission has no issues and works as it should. The truck drives well except it does not track real well at higher speeds. The truck has the super heavy duty tires on it from its life as a service truck and I think they are to blame for the steering issues. A set of regular tires would probably fix the issue. The drivers seat is torn and the old lift control is still bolted to the floor inside the cab, the lift control could be removed if desired. This is a nice low-miles work truck that should serve any hauling needs you may have. It has been dependable for us and it should do the same for you. We are asking $3500.
