Seller information

Location: eastern NC, North Carolina
Type: Owner

This is a 2003 International 4300 DT466 with a Kidron 20’ insulated reefer unit with barn style doors and a side door with 285,399 miles. It has a Thermo King MDII unit with an inside reefer control. Needs very little work to have a perfect functioning reefer truck. It has a life expectancy of over 500,000 miles if properly maintained. It is a Class 7, which is the only reason we are selling it. It was used primarily to haul flowers from NC to NY, so it has mostly Highway 95 miles. It has had the transmission rebuilt and the front seals replaced on the motor by Allison Transmission in New Bern, NC and the Turbo was replaced by International in Binghamton, New York and has had the radiator replaced. Recently it had the emergency brake and calipers replaced and both batteries with heavy duty Duracell. The oil was changed every 7,000 miles with Rotella Synthetic. This is a strong running truck with lots of mileage left after a tune up, new tires and the following repairs. The A/C needs to be repaired, it is not blowing and the reefer unit needs repair, it does not stay running. Work was done on the ThermoKing unit at ThermoKing of Wilson in Wilson, NC, so they have the records of repairs and exactly what needs to be done to restore it to a fully functioning unit. Please contact Robert or Suzanne at or if you are interested or have any further questions.
