1992 - Volvo FE Series Intercooled Single Axle Box Body Truck, VIN: 4V52AEEB5NR471321; with CAT 185-HP Model M 3116 Diesel Engine, Allison Model AT545 4-Speed Automatic Transmission, Maxon 3,000 lb. Cap. Model RC-3A Lift Gate S/N: 0789038, 33,000 lb. (approx.) GVWR, 3-Seater, Roll-Up Door, Air Brakes, AC/Heat, Power Steering, 10R22.5 12PR Front and Rear Tires . The good: Runs, drives, shifts and brakes very well. Steering is tighter then my 07 Dodge Ram pickup. Cab, frame and box are solid. Fires right up even in extreme cold if plugged in. Good tread on tires. Air ride drivers seat. Box has wide open side doors as well as the roll up back for easy loading and unloading from the sides. The bad: Maxon lift gate works, but is very rusty and needs strengthening. Speedometer is off. It shows 288k for miles, but it’s overstated as the MPH are 10 to 12 mph over and have been off for a while. I would estimate mileage to be about 250,000. Dual tanks but the drivers side wasn’t working well so previous owner just didn’t use that side. $3100 OBO.
