I have a ’00 E150 cargo van for sale cheap. Its been a reliable service truck for the past few years and still has a little life left. It starts Everytime and drives a little rough. The AC does not work, power stearing pump is going out and there is a "bump" in the transmition from first to second gear. Other than that she’s gem and will get you from point A to point B.
