99 gmc savana 3500 extended cargo van

Van has 245k. Runs well. Ladder racks and interior drawer/shelving. 5.7 gas engine. 2way paging alarm with automatic start. Van has always been really good to me. Just replaced ac compressor. Did a tune up with new distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires... new brake master. Brake lines were done a few years ago with ni/copper lines. Engine and transmission work perfectly. I am pairing a new remote control before sale. It did pass inspection a month ago. Will need front tires and a strap for the gas tank repaired. Windshield does have some cracks but they are on the edges and not in the field of view. I purchased brake pads (front) but have not put them in. It is starting to show its age. There is rust on the bottom of some of the doors and rocker panels. Some oils leaks but nothing major. It may need some work but it is priced low. Was driving it every day until two weeks ago.
