1995 Chevy Astro Cargo Van 4.3 V6

I’ve had this van for about eight years, used it to haul musical gear. Its runs fine but is running rich, it needs a new fuel injection spider valve (about $150 for the part). The tires are about 50% on the treads, the brakes are pretty good shape too, I put new rotors on a few years ago. I no longer play in a band so I don’t need it anymore and its just been sitting since March. KBB book value is about $865 in fair shape so I’m starting at $700 or best offer.
