F350 Ford flat bed service truck "will be parting out soon"

1988 Ford F-350 flat bed service truck currently equipped with tool boxes, fuel tank, oil tank, gas powered air compressor that runs, gas generator welder, some hand tools in truck. The truck is a 5 speed manual, the truck is currently registered as (none operational) the engine in the truck is dead. I have an engine currently ready to be installed. It’s used but came out of a running truck. I’m into this truck $5000 and it was to start my business but I have to move so 4000$ is me taking a hit. Or best offer will take it as is. If not I’ll part out the truck.
