91 Ford F-250 diesel service truck

I have a 91 f250 2wd, auto trans, 350k miles on body, trucks in great shape. No rust. Looks good. Nice 9ft tool bed with roll out drawers and torch caddy’s. Has compressor with new engine on it. Wilton vice, and set up for auto crane with hook ups in box (no crane on truck). Work lights, new tires, brakes, ball joints, wheel bearings. I ran this truck for about 2 years then it started smoking. The valves needed redone in the heads but I bought a motor out of a van cheap so I thought I could get back on the road quicker than having my heads redone. So I put the motor in and it ran great for about an hour then it dumped oil in the antifreeze. So block is cracked. I got mad and went and bought another truck. Whoever what’s this truck can have the other engine with it. It’s a good motor. Would just need to take the heads of the motor currently in it and swap them out. Or $150 will sleeve the crack in block. I’m not going to fix it I just want it gone.
