1985 Chevrolet C20 pickup truck equipped with Knapheide Utility Vehicle cab/chassis (KUVcc) Enclosed Service Body. LED tail, turn and back-up lights, four bow SS roof rack with four integrated tie-down straps, three exterior side tool boxes per side, and secured interior storage. Four interior lights with switch and roof fan ventilator. Four each E-track channels, mounted 2 per side on the interior service body cargo space, to secure everything from 5-gallon material cans to doors, windows and sheet-goods. 10 tie straps included. V-8, 350 CID, with 4 bl. Eddlebrock intake manifold and carburetor and 3 speed automatic transmission. Last rebuild of trans less than 5K miles ago, updated to heavy duty towing package replacement parts. Straight cut planetary gear, HD clutch package. Rear axle rebuilt same time as tranny, one ton, 411 differential (new gears and bearings) and axle with big brakes and dual wheel capacity, currently running on single tires. Custom aluminum wheels all around. 2" tow bar with trailer brake. Runs great, very dependable. New tune up, cap, rotor, points, plugs, condenser, plug wires, and all new belts. New oil change, filter, coolant flushed and replaced. DEQ passed 2 weeks ago with flying colors. Test results available. One year left on tags. This truck was restored 8 years ago. It has aged well due to being parked most of the time since the 08 Recession. Some scratches, small dings, and aging paint. This is a very respectable service truck with lots of character and style. It looks good on the road. It was designed for and is best suited for hauling heavy trailers and service body weights. At the time of the restoration, it was completely repainted inside and out, the Knapheide service body painted and installed, and the drive line rebuilt.
