1973 Chevy tow truck

I am selling my 1973 Chevy tow truck clean title tags go out 11/2017 this coming month clean title in hand The truck has been sitting for a minute I just bought it another battery and got it going again the truck does runs but does need a time up and some TLC it runs perfectly fine when driveline but when you come to a stop if you don’t give it a little bit of gas it will turn off I was told it’s the fuel filter but i don’t want to put any more money into it need it gone due to the fact that the city is threatening to tow it. It does need cosmetic work as you can tell but nothing out of this world the winch and all that works I have the chains to tow and all that the lights also I am asking 2000$ or trade for a good automatic daily driver
