1984 Ford F7000 cable Boom truck

1984 ford cable boom truck with a 60′ reach (with jib hooked up) , 16,500 lb lifting load fully retracted. Boom is in great working order, just put up a steel I beam building with it this summer. One front outrigger leaks. Just had the boom lift ram Re-packed. Truck has a 3208 6 speed with a straight rear, runs like new, hydraulic brakes. the truck hasn’t been inspected for years, and would need a floorboard and some tinkering to get back on the road, but could be done. Was told truck can be registered as equipment and does not need an inspection if you do so. $4000 FIRM no trades thank you.
