1998 GMC Grumman Olson Step Van - $8500 (OBO)

For Sale is our 1998 GMC Grumman Olson 20’ Carryvan. The van is full of tools and supplies from my dad’s former business (general contractor) that are also included in the sale and reflected in the price, if desired. Cargo area is 13’ long x 7’ wide by 7’ high, ~640 cubic feet of space! Perfect vehicle for the person that has outgrown their current vehicle and needs a spacious rig for both tools and material. Van currently has ample floor-to-ceiling storage areas on both sides with an ample standing walkway from the front of the rig to the bag door. Can also be completely gutted of current storage to utilize the cavity of the truck as you see fit. Van currently has $1000+ worth of tools and building material in it (saws,drills,various power tools, etc.) that are included in the reflected price of the vehicle. Clean Title in hand, the family purchased it back in Dec 2003. We have kept and maintained records of services done to the vehicle from June 2006 to present (available upon request and provided for your personal records upon completion of sale). The odometer currently shows 214,350 miles, however the engine was completely overhauled and rebuilt in June 2015 at 202,310, so the engine effectively has just over 12,000 miles on it.
