1987 Chevrolet Step Van

I have a 1987 chevrolet step van with 98,000 miles. Tires (dually, so 6 tires) are great, all aluminum box (could be welded right onto,) 6.2 diesel. Has new starter, batteries and fuel pump but the starter needs to be shimmed. It grinds when you turn it over / needs starter aligned despite broken bolt hole to run. Pics included - offers and bids I’ve received for the fix have been from ~$100-300. Truck for 4500 obo. Great for a food truck, delivery / carpet truck, stealth camper, storage, etc.
