1977 Chevrolet Step van, runs and drives would make cool rat rod!

I have a 1977 Chevrolet step van that runs and drives but needs some work. It has a inline 6 with a manual transmission. It WAS set up with a 500 gallon tank and hot water heater pressure washer system with a 18 HP Kohler motor. The van was used on a transport company lot to clean the semi’s when they came in off the road. the company is closed now and the van is no longer needed. The picture that is obviously not this van which is Allied is where this van came from originally when it was new and was painted like this.
