Grumman Olson Step Van with 4BT Cummins 3.9 & GM Trans Chevy P30

I am selling the Step Van as shown in the photos. This truck is a running and drive-able truck, I purchased it a few years ago with the intention to use the engine for a conversion project. I later decided to keep it and use a different engine for my swap. In the meantime, I used used this truck for storage as I had plans for another swap in the future. Plans changed again, so I cleaned this truck out and decided to offer it for sale. This truck runs and drives fine right now but if you want to use this as a daily driver you should check everything out. Alternately, you can purchase it for your engine conversion. Box dimensions are ~16ft long X 7’ 2" Wide. Truck/Engine details: 1980 Cherolet P30 / Grumman Olson Step Van that was re-powered by a 4 cylinder Cummins 4BT 3.9 liter Turbo charged Diesel Engine in 1995. It has a GM Adapter Plate mated to a TH475 Automatic Transmission, this is the same adapter plate used to mount to all GM transmissions such as the NV4500, 4L60E and 4L80E. The interior of the van is clean as it was used for food "Frito Lay" delivery. I have all the keys for every door. This engine runs good and strong and it has never been ’turned up’ as the locking tabs are still on the fuel screw. There is a service note in the cab that shows the engine was converted to diesel in in 1995 while the truck had 57,585 miles the odometer now reads 101,993 which would be the total miles on the chassis. I calculated that there is ~44,408 miles on this cummins diesel. Asking $5,200 CASH FIRM. COMES WITH CLEAN OHIO TITLE. The Grumman Step van/Chevy P30 is the last of the Heavy Aluminum bodies. It is estimated that the aluminum scrap value alone will net ~$1600 dollars plus a few hundred dollars more for the steel frame and chassis. This step van has the desirable 19.5" Steel Wheels with the 8 on 6.5" Bolt Circle, It also has the hydra boost Brake booster, A built in battery tender and block heater and many other accessories.
