1987 Chevy p 30 chassis with Holiday Rambler Utilimaster aluminum step van body. Low mileage 6.2 military surplus Detroit diesel 40k miles. Turbo 475 transmission, Dually. Driven cross country. Fits in a parking space. 21 foot. Lived in 3 years 3 states. Conversion done 3 years ago. Coleman mach3 energy saver air conditioner used 2 summers. too much to list replaced engine , rear end rebuilt, LED lights, 40 gallon holding tank, has driver’s door, 6 new tires. Have receipts for all mechanic work done. Must sell I have two RVs.
