Mechanical Details: All of the common maintenance items for a truck like this have been replaced during my ownership and should not raise any concerns for some time. Brake Lines, Master Cylinder, Rear Brake Shoes, Front Rotors and Pads have all been replaced. Fuel Lines, Fuel Pump, Fuel Tank and Rebuilt Carburator have all been addressed. U-Joints and Center Bearing have been replaced. Lower Control Arms received new pivot bar, pivot bushings and Ball Joints. Upper Control arms had been recently replaced with new, including new upper ball joints. Recent Alignment. Tires are older, but have plenty of tread. The Engine has a Jasper Tag on it, replaced by previous owner at unknown time or mileage. It runs well with no noticeable oil use. Transmission has been serviced within the last year and shifts fine, with no burned odors detected in the fluid. Those interested in Food Truck or other potential use should know that there is the possibility that I may be interested in removing some of the items and subsequently lower the price. For example, things like the Honda Generator, the Furnace and Solar system are things I could still utilize... I would not have a problem removing them for my personal re-use and deduct the retail or near retail amounts for them because I know their condition. So, if you are interested in this truck as a Food Truck or what have you, LETS NEGOTIATE. Not many of this particular body and wheelbase are available. I am going to downsize. One way or the other, this truck will be eventually sold, and who knows yet in what configuration. Price: $10,600.00 Complete Truck - As Is, but with all cabinets and drawers emptied of all personal and camping goods. Again however, open to further or alternative negotiation to anyone who wants to lower the price, via removal of some items I can re-use. Here are the Deductions Possible for those looking to save some money or change the use of the truck: 975.00 - Removal of the Complete Solar System and Inverter 900.00 - Removal of the Honda Generator 450.00 - Removal of the Espar Furnace System 150.00 - Removal of the TV/Mount/DVD/ANT 150.00 - Removal of the Kenwood Radio and Speakers 100.00 - Removal of the 21 Gal Fresh Tank and Water Pump 75.00 - Removal of the Microwave and Dorm Fridge 50.00 - Removal of the 3 Amp Maintenance Batt Charger 40.00 - Removal of the 42G Waste Tank All of the above Removed = $7710.00 - Truck essentially with the Walls, Cabinets, Counters, Dinette, Lighting All Intact. $7500.00 - Truck Semi-Gutted, leaving drivers compartment overhead cabinets, bathroom wall structure, rear wheel well benches, insulated and upholstered walls, ceiling and carpeted (partially) floor. This is a very clean truck compared to the majority of older Step Vans on the market today. Trades: In that I will soon need a daily driver replacement, I might consider a very clean, well maintained Chevy Van or Truck as partial trade. Craigslist will not let me list the specific vehicles I’d consider, so email me with what you have. It has to be Gasoline powered, not diesel. Southern / Rust free a major plus, Major rust a problem. No guaranty I’ll like what you have, but if you send a pic and some info, all I can say is no....... keywords: van stepvan, custom, conversion, expedition, camper, RV, motorhome, travel trailer, grumliner, a van down by the river, boondock, boondocking, rv conversion, truck conversion, stealth, tiny home, tiny house, skoolie, school bus conversion, house truck.
