1984 GMC 12’ Box truck 1 Ton

I bought this to build into a toy hauler over winter. It has 5.7lt motor with 144k miles, starts up every week could probably use some fresh gas and tune up. Fan shroud hits while warming up, easy fix. Tires have 80% tread with some signs of dry rot on steers. It has Kenworth bucket seats, CD player, inverter connected to 5 batteries. Has some transmission issues at the moment, I have lost reverse and third although I did change out vacuum modulator and had reverse for a few mins so there is some life in tranny just needs some Tlc. Also has a front pump seal, clogged vent tube is most likely the culprit. I have been working on the tranny and I am really thinking it’s something in the valve body. It has some rust on front fenders. Will consider trades.
