97 F350 XLT Crewcab Flatbed 7.3 work truck/farm truck

This truck has been a good work truck for me. She has 7.3 with 202k miles on it. She’s in pretty good shape. Mechanically good (engine runs smooth and the transmission shifts smooth), and the interior is in good shape for an old work truck. Paint is fair. Has a high idle switch, previous owner said it’s a six position chip, but doesn’t seem to do anything past the first position. Front tires are new. AC and heat work just fine. Rear tires have about 25%-50% tread left. Both fuel tanks work. Previous owner had the front rebuilt with aftermarket grill and head lights. All the windows work. No horn, no cruise control. Has a squeak/squeal. Has a coolant and oil leak. Have to add a gallon of coolant every 600-800 miles. Have to add 2 quarts of oil every 600-800 miles. Don’t want to sell, but we’re buying a house and need some more money for a down payment.
