1999 international 4900 with DT 466E 7 Speed Spicer Trans. 0 miles on new in frame engine rebuild including: International OEM master kit including pistons, Liners, bearings, all new gaskets, cylinder head machine work with valve seals, new Borg Warner turbo, front main seal, new oil cooler/filter head assembly, new injector seal kits, all new filters and fluids. Truck is mechanically sound and tires range from 60% to 90%. 18 foot aluminum flatbed great for hauling hay or bulk materials on pallets GVW is 25900# So no CDL is required
