Ford E350 box truck

Runs and drives but needs some work. Was going to fix myself and do not want to sell, moving for a job and will have no need for it. Tranny needs replaced or rebuilt. It’s a little rough shifting. It doesn’t want to shift into 3rd. Exhaust is loud needs patched. Front driver side brake line leaks. I’ve been driving it short distances the past couple months no problems driving in the city. Suspension, shocks all that seem great. No weird noises. Engine is strong and starts right up. Box is 12’ long, 7 foot tall, 7’ wide. Inside of box is super clean and excellent shape. Door opens and closes Perfectly with lock. Has a dome light but doesn’t work. Maybe a bad bulb not sure. Around 220k miles. V8, dually.
