07 Chevy Express Spartan 11’ Box Truck 1 Owner Roll Up Door New Tire!!

For sale is a 1 Owner Chevy Express-Spartan Box Truck, which is great overall cosmetic and mechanical condition, with single rear wheels. There is minor cosmetic damage on the driver’s side door near the trim (see picture) and a minor ding on the rear cargo step area, otherwise the body is good to straight, the frame is solid and the 6.0 V8 Engine has plenty of power and the transmission was recently professionally serviced and shifts smoothly. It also just recently got 4 brand new tires (see picture).The interior is also in good condition, except the driver side seat which has a tear from normal use. Manual windows and mirrors, custom wooden shelving and roll-up rear hatch (TODCO) which has a sliding door opening in to the cabin area. It currently has 188K mostly freeway miles. I also have a recent smog inspection (I have a copy of the smog certificate)., and it is registered until 3/31/2019. There is some paint fading/peeling on the hood, but the rest of the exterior paint is in good condition. The AC/Heat systems work properly and it has a standard AM/FM radio. I also have all of the proper paperwork from the DMV to transfer the CLEAN CA Title to the next owner, I can go to AAA or the DMV with you to complete all the paperwork.
