Linex makes it waterproof and very easy to clean. Comes with electric grooming table, K-9 dryer, heat and air in grooming part. Includes Onan generator with 2300 hours on it. Has minor cosmetic damage on drivers side behind door. $15,000 or best offer. Great starter vehicle or second vehicle to add to a fleet. I purchased a new one 3 years ago and have to sell ASAP
