2002 Isuzu NPR box truck parting out

I bought a 2002 box truck for the box and will be parting out the rest of the truck. Transmission and radiator were gone when I bought it. Still has the 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine in it. The previous owner says head gasket was bad. I have no idea if it will run. Would be best as parts motor or a core motor. Still has all the accessories as far as I know. The box I am keeping. It is 16’ 8" long, but not sure of chassis dimension. Cab is in excellent shape. All glass intact and crack free. Rear end is supposed to be in working order. It had an automatic in it. There is a lift gate on it that is said to work, though it does have rust on it. Truck is located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Zip code is 47025. Would be perfect for ratrod, car hauler, equipment hauler. Asking 1200.00 or best offer for the whole chassis. . Interesting trade offers will be considered.
