1974 Dodge/Fruehauf Box Truck/Tiny House-NO SAFETY INSPECTION Needed

For Sale or possible partial or full trade: 1974 Dodge/Fruehauf Aluminum box truck. Dodge Model F30 Fargo Desoto with all aluminum Fruehauf box. 360 V-8 engine, with auto. transmission. 8300 GVWR. Have good NC title. NO SAFETY INSPECTION REQUIRED in NC as over 35 years old--also no CDL. Driven very lightly since I bought it in 1994 .Heavy duty Class 3 hitch on back with plate [see pic] for very good security. Heavy Duty, USA made Fruehauf all aluminum box measures 12’ 5"x8’ wide x9’tall from the bottom of tires and in like new condition. Does not leak and no rust! Great storage also. Box has added hardwood interior slats for tie ins [see pic]. Plywood on floor. Total length is 19 ft. Nice length to drive. Or a very nice size for a TINY HOUSE!! Interior stand up height is 79" [6.5 ft.] to the steel framing studs already in place on sides and roof. Also already has hardwood cross wood 1"x 3" strips for mounting wall sheetrock or other covering. No smoking residue or smell at all-- Could also remove the box for good storage and make a flatbed from the rest of the truck... Would make good construction site movable storage vehicle I would think, for example. Or good roadside advertising sign on its white background. Recently hand repainted silver/white, including undercarriage also. Have added many new parts and updates.[can provide list of parts replaced] Partially rebuilt engine [new timing chain and gear, etc,cleaned intake manifold, etc.] Also transmission rebuilt just a few years before I bought it. No engine computers so fairly easy to work on, and cheaper to repair usually than new trucks. All tires [6] are D load. Have 2 extra 8 lug rims and 3 good extra tires, plus some extra parts. Has a disconnected security system also in the truck. Dont know mileage since speedometer has been replaced... I only drove several hundred miles since 1994. Stored up on blocks and used for storage most of the time. Has dead battery.Will need tune up--running very rough now. $2350.or trade or combination... Prefer cash, but will consider TRADE OR PARTIAL TRADE for 4x4 tractor, DUMP TRAILER OR PICKUP TRAILER [5’X 10’ or 6’x10’], good, larger wood stove[hearthstone, Buck, Appalachian, or similar], 4x4 pre-2000 smaller pickup, building materials,[including 2" x 6", 2x8’ and/or 2x10’s for garage and deck roofs, also some heavier 4"x6", 4"x8", 4x10’s , or lumber for lap siding, and brown roof shingles, etc. ] or certain tools, especially older woodworking hand tools or Delta older power tools, good wench, or concrete footer or bulldozer work, or carpentry possibly to help build garage etc. Just say what you have.
