NON CDL 1995 GMC Topkick 24ft box truck with 2000lb lift gate

1995 Topkick, Caterpillar 3116 engine with 6 speed manual transmission. 25,950lb rating, which is below the CDL threshold, so you can drive this with your standard car license. Clean title in my company’s name. 2000lb heavy duty lift gate. (most are only 1000lb) Two rows of E-track on the walls for securing loads. I am including approximately 14 E-track ratchet straps that very in length from 10 to 25ft. I have owned this truck for almost 3 years. I am the 3rd owner and I know both the original and second owners of the truck. The truck shows around 924,000 miles. That’s an average of 40,000 miles per year and for the last 3 years it’s averaged less than 1000, so I guess I really don’t need to say "highway miles"....... Engine replaced approx 55,000 miles ago is what the 2nd owner told me and the original owner, who worked with the 2nd owner, corroborated, BUT, I have no paperwork to prove this claim. Engine is strong and does not smoke. Pictures show that it’s newer than the truck. Within the last 3000 miles, the truck has had the following: New front brake pads, rotors, calipers and lines New rear brake pads, rotors, calipers and lines New starter New batteries New clutch New wiper motor. I rebuilt the air distribution motors for the HVAC system which are a known issue on this era Chevy. Truck has factory A/C, but it is not operational. I’ve never bothered to look at it because I only ever drove it an hour or so at a time. The system is complete and intact except the belt, so who knows.... Heat works great. :) Dual 50 gallon fuel tanks. Most of these trucks only have one. Truck has about 50 gallons of diesel in it. That’s almost a $200 value right there! Last year (about 300 miles ago) I had Kronk’s garage do the rear brakes (they’ve done all the work) and while they had it they did a full inspection and found no other issues. Driver’s seat has suspension which makes for a comfortable ride. The frame on this truck is ROCK SOLID. The cab has some rust but is not ugly. Under the passenger door is worst, see pictures. Tires are in really good shape. Has a roll up rear door and has interior lighting in the box. The floor plate at the end of the box could is a bit beat up and could do with replacement. There is a 3ft deep, full width shelf at the front of the box. It is very handy, but easily removed if need be. Everything works on this truck (except the A/C) It needs nothing except a new owner. I have used the truck for the last 3 years for my gun show business which has also been advertised all over Craigslist. I have shut down that business and don’t need this truck anymore.
