Toyota box truck

I’ve got a Toyota box truck that now has a clean open title it has an 22re a good cab and solid frame the box is in good shape a leak in the roof rote’s just the ply wood on the floor so cover it with a new piece or pull the old and replace it has no transmission it went bad was pulled and the truck parked lights turn on with a good battery but no turn over it is a 1989 clean title tires were new but probably need tubed to be safe I’d like 650 it would make a great coup or storage and scrap the frame obo 650 let me know
