2001 Chevy box truck

For sale a 2001 Chevy box truck. Has a 5.7 liter motor with 200,000 miles. Odometer doesn’t read correctly just recently and needs a dash cluster or a sensor for the cluster. Reads all 9’s at the moment but def has no where near that mileage. New battery. Has been sitting and has on flat tire on d/s rear. Will need towed due to that or bring your own tire and rim. Was used only once every two weeks to haul produce in the rear. Back door hjnge is seized. Could be opened and lubricated possibly. If not replaced. Was never needed to use. Has exhaust leak. And cel on. Do not know what code is for. Priced to sell fast. 1,000 obo. Is not my vehicle selling for a family member. Don’t waste my time and want to whine about the things I listed it may need.
