Food Truck Business op.

I have a 1998 6.5 Diesel by G.M. ex San Antonio City Public Service Well maintained with 79,000 original miles. It is 80% complete but have everything else to finish it. Here is what has been done. All new wiring encased. 3 double plugs each side. New breaker box with 30amp twist lock plug stubbed out. Insulated and panelled with 3/4" plywood, covered with washable food grade approved covering. Stainless steel sheeting behind new grill never fired. 3 compartment sink with separate hand wash sink required by State. Cold table. Venta hood with exhaust INSTALLED NOW...2 New batteries. Engine runs great just had injectors cleaned It will need plumbing and gas lines installed also. You can use your cooking oil for Biodiesel fuel. Clear title. ??????????????
