Food truck/food trailer

This trailer was used as a fully functional, permitted by the health department, concession stand for about 4 years and has not been used since 2011. Since then, the trailer has been sitting in my yard and over the years the roof took on water damage (pictures). Two things this trailer NEEDS: - A good cleaning - Some repairs - water damage The trailer has: - Ample electrical outlets - Ample storage/cabinets - Lights/light switches - 10 gal clean water tank - 20 gal dirty water tank with drain outside - 20 gal electrical water heater - Two compartment sink - Hand wash sink - 100 amp breaker box - Generator hook up - Brand new tires All windows do slide open. All window covers do open and are held up by chains. I’m asking for $8000 or best offer. I am open and willing to negotiate.
