1959 Seagrave Fire Pump Truck

For sale is an all original, running, driving, former Grant County fire truck with only 33000 miles. Starts right up even when cold, little to no smoke. Runs smooth, sounds great. Plenty of power, but top speed of 65 due to final drive gear ratio. Tires in great shape front and back. Two Ignitions W/ 2 giant commercial batteries (redundant), both working. Allison 4 SPD automatic transmission Detroit Diesel V8 (something like 11 liters was the best I could find online as far as size of the engine, but its huge) Recent fluid service, all fluids clean. May still need oil change at some point. Does have a few minor leaks that are only active when it has been running/driving. Clean title. Interior in great shape for age. Seats 5. All 3 seatbelts up front are functional. Pumps said to be working by previous owner but ive never tested them. Planning to get tested fairly soon, and if working, the price will be increased accordingly at that time. Can be licensed for road use with normal registration, or with collectors plates for reduced cost. Was quoted $262 for permanent collectors plates including first month of registration. You just cant use it to fight fires with collectors plates, that’s the only catch with that option.
