LMTV- 2002 Stewart & Stevenson M1078 Military Truck

2002 M1078 A-1 military troop transport truck. California registered and runs strong. Fluids and belts have been changed. Thermostats changed and block heater added. Flushed coolant and switched to cat extended life. Transmission has been flushed and switched from military’s motor oil to Mobil ATF which is good for 20,000 miles and an approved fluid by Allison. New transmission filters. We purchased this truck to convert into an expedition style camper, but have switched directions. It’s mechanically sound and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive across the country in the vehicle. The newer A1’s with work done are hard to find under $20,000. This truck is fun to drive handles great and is surprisingly nimble. Would make a good work truck, monster RV or fun restoration project. Email with questions or to schedule a time to see it.
