What a better way to spend your hard earned tax dollars than on a truck that will work just as hard as you do??? Am I right? Well, if you are a connoisseur of fine automobiles, please move on...What we have for sale here is a "classic" 1994 GMC Pick up that has spend the majority of its life with the previous owner and was purchased by me. Like pretty much everything else I’ve owned, I had plans of keeping this one to do my dirty work, FOREVER! I’ve replaced the brake lines, fuel lines, fuel tank/sending unit/filter. What does that mean? It means the truck is pretty rusty! There is plenty of rust all around so you don’t need to add your own! It has completely infiltrated the fend wells and rocker bottoms/cab corners, etc. Point being, just expect the truck to be rusty and you’ll be fine. The truck starts and drives out pretty well with the following exceptions: It has a small hiccup at like 47 mph (I had to change out the TBI and the rebuild kit did NOT come with new injectors)...there is one plug wire that got badly injured during the fuel line installation, the blower mower has all speeds but has a rattle to it. The A/C doesn’t hold a charge longer than a day (worked with the can ’o air from the auto parts store...). The hitch got bent while hauling a big load of dirt.. Lastly, needs a catalytic convertor or collector or what ever it is that is where the manifolds come together before they go to the exhaust. The truck has a decent toolbox and bedliner. I know I’ve rattled off a lot and made this truck sound like it should be destined for the junk yard, but it actually runs out pretty well and is pretty solid overall. The main point here is that it is a 28+ year old truck and has all the scars to show it. I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff, the good and the bad...If you think you need something like her in your fleet or your life, lemme know! I recently purchased a 3/4 ton so I don’t need 2 trucks.
