2001 F-150 supercab 4x4 shortbed pickup truck

*2001 F-150 4x4 supercab with 178,000 miles. *5.4L V-8 and 4 spd automatic transmission with OD. *Runs strong. Well maintained, does not leak a drop of oil. *Factory trailer tow 4x4 offroad package. *New front brakes, back are at 40%. *Ten ply Cooper tires with less than 10,000 miles on them. *AC blows cold. Aftermarket Radio, IPod and CD player. *Weather Tech waterproof floormats front and back and a bedliner in the rear. *Well maintained, every filter and fluid has been changed and a major tune up recently. *Worst issue is the drivers seat is showing some wear, one of the pics shows the wear spot.
