1997 Ford F-150 XLT 4.6 Liter V8 Triton 126K Miles Half Ton 4X4 3 Door Pickup Truck Automatic transmission Very reliable, Daily driver Clean Az title - Title in hand Just passed emissions this year. Lifted and aligned nicely. Transmission works flawlessly Drives real smooth! Does not overheat, stays right below half all the time. Purdy strong going up the Black Canyon, Camp Verde and the Flagstaff mountains. Truck drives really nice and smooth. Starts up every time on first crank. Wheels do not shake at all at high speeds. Air conditioning is ice cold. Interior is good. No cracks on dash, seats are okay (front and back). There are a few dings and scuffs here and there. Aftermarket muffler, 10 series Flowmaster. Sounds mean outside, Nice and quiet inside! Bed has been well seasoned and shows it but then again, that’s what trucks are for right? The previous owner was a cigar smoker and there are a few tiny burn holes in the driver’s seat (no residual smoke smells). 4X4 You have to come to a complete stop then put it in neutral, foot on brake and then put it in 4 wheel drive. If it does not go in gear you have to back up a bit or go forward a bit. 4L goes into gear just fine but grinds a smidge when going out of gear. No engine leaks - There is a dime size drip now and then coming from the front drive shaft seal. I’ll get a drip now and then on some days but not all the time. I’m guessing that eventually the seals will need to be replaced and that will be a less than a $100 bill if you have someone do it. About $20 if you do it yourself. Again, NO ENGINE LEAKS!. Truck fits in my cookie cutter Barbie garage just fine, clears the top with a few inches to spare and a roughly a foot and a half clearance to close the garage door. The reason that I am selling her is because I need to buy a heavy duty diesel truck to tow a 7K pound RV eventually. Not in a hurry to sell. No payments, no trades. Title in hand - Clean title.
