1991 Chevy 1-ton Dually Ext. Cab AT 2wd pickup

I’m an expat living in Ensenada; I bought this truck in April to deliver a trailer from LA to Ensenada. Delivery done, need gone. Good: 454 & Trans both run excellent. Brakes almost new. Towed 9k trailer (no brakes) no problem whatsoever. Excellent condition Alcoa aluminum rims and Michelin E-rated tires w/80% tread; (tires & rims alone worth $1500). All electric works: lights/wipers/fan/PW/Trailer plug. Cold AC. Glass good, Power Windows work. Super-cool custom diamond-plate front bumper! Roll-Bar... oo-la-la! Bad: Nevada titled (Clear, in-hand), currently will NOT pass CA smog; selling AS-IS. A ’talented’ engine-tuner may be capable of getting it to pass CA smog... Perfect for Baja, presently located in Ensenada. Valid US title & current Nevada tags, I’m willing to deliver to SD area or TJ. Virtually no dents or rust, but exterior paint is ugly. Interior? Yeah, also ugly, although back bench seat is surprisingly clean. It is a 454 gas engine; great compression, power & lots of life left, but 10mpg is a good day (25-gallon tank). No stereo. Odometer says 91k, but I’d say it’s 191k judging by interior & pedal-wear; engine still VERY strong, so I seriously doubt the odo has rolled twice... I want this gone asap. I’m not saying I’ll give it away, but throw me an offer that doesn’t boldly insult the separate-sale value of the rims/tires & it’s probably yours. Locally, I’m asking/expecting 25k pesos. Given no smog requirements, this truck may well be worth more in MX than US. This is a strong Heavy-Duty work Truck, ideal for short-hauls w/ heavy loads/tows!
