88 Toyota Pickup 4x4

1988 toyota 4x4 pickup. 22RE. Does not currently run. Replaced head/valves, Gasket Kit, timing chain/gear/guides, timing chain cover, spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor, water pump, radiator. Clutch has less than 10000 miles, new steering gear, stearing arm, upper/lower ball joints. It was running after rebuild but poorly, i think it has a timing issue but it has sat now for about 6 months and i have not found the time/will to work on it. Somebody with mechanics skill and patience should have it running with not much issue.
