1989 Toyota pickup white on dark blue - 3 speed column automatic transmission - short bed 2x4 - factory chrome rear step bumper with ball hitch ( rated at 3500/ 350 ) wired for trailer - 22R-E motor - Toyota package for Automatics : 4 mud flaps - one touch tailgate - deluxe mirrors / night mirror - full sized hubcaps - full coverage door panels ( no exposed metal to burn arm in the summer ) - AM/FM tape deck ( original issue and works great ) larger interior door pulls - full cloth bench seat ( seat has been replaced , it is original Toyota BUT it is tan ) - carpet AND original Toyota carpet floor mats - supervisor package : dual door buckets for ledgers etc - radio / phone special pocket to lower dash - double 12 V lighter sockets - locking glove-box - glove box light - dual storage trays to seat sides down sides : three speed automatics are gutless BUT very good torque - this truck was built when highway speeds were still 55 MPH and it is geared to reflect this so it is slow at modern highway speeds BUT great in town / rural traveler power steering pump has a leaking seal - if one fills it it will work fine for about a week / fairly easy to switch out with a junk yard pump - the truck was so small and light it never bothered me up sides : in very good condition for a 28 year old pickup - no window cracks no dash cracks - all controls work as they should - all lights and dash bulbs good - radio / speakers work as they should - original manual - original tool kit and bottle jack - has been AFTERMARKET upgraded to 3/4 ton - has 4 layers to rear leaf springs and has about a 2 inch lift from this to the rear - makes for a good balance with a trailer attached - levels out flat - has two toyota spare rims for snow tire mounts ( no swapping rubber mount and leave em in place ) - spare hubcap - full sized spare tire ( rare item anymore ) - aftermarket storage tray and pockets to interior tranny bump - CLEAN Idaho title / never in an accident - never smoker owned and never had any pets inside - about as clean as these trucks can be found anymore AND it hasn’t been beat to death / dash chopped up for the many past radios one usually sees 13.7 gallon tank gives a 350 + mile range always even with a load BUT pushes 22 MPG with a half ton boat MORE if one likes to draft - very dependable and user friendly 22R motor I am easy to find in Jerome.
