1996 Nissan King Cab Pickup

This is a project truck I purchased from a buddy for a good deal, but to be honest I don’t have a real in depth knowledge of mechanics or a lot of tools... so I’ve decided to let this one go. 5 speed tranny was rebuilt by the friend and his dad, and I know they also redid most of the front end. I can personally verify that he drove it as a daily driver while he had it, but then it overheated and blew the head gasket. I purchased it to put back together and use for a hunting and work truck. Head was taken to a machine shop and should be ready to put back on, and all bolts and pieces should be there. Engine does have that sludge in it. I have been told the engine was a crate motor but I have no way of proving it. Tires are aggressive mud tires and probably have at least 90% tread on them. I just don’t think I’m going to get this project done anytime soon, so my loss may very well be someone else’s gain. The truck does have heavy rust, and sale will be as is.
