1994 f600 box truck with lift gate

I have a strong running easy to drive box truck with 5500 miles.. . was a police truck that wasn’t used and garaged. new breaks all around. the lift gate works great. morgan box.. side door.. its in sullivan county and i’m pricing it to sell.. its worth 8k... the issues... gas gauge... bad ground. the horn doesn’t work... i don’t have the keys for the doors.. the lift gate platform is rusty... but i have diamond platting to replace. thanks
