2006 GMC Sierra 1500 RWD Pickup ext cab 4 door

I have a 2006 GMC Sierra Pickup with the extended cab. It is the V6 RWD model with 4 doors (rear suicides) and a 6.5ft bed with a hard top bed cover. It has a clean title with 177k mi + (still driving). It is in decent shape and runs and drives great. It just had the brakes done and the tie rods replaced within the last 1000 mi. The needs: 1. Could use tires 2. The air and heat only work sometimes (not sure the issue. It blows but the heat and ac only kick on sometimes) 3. Long crack in the windshield (as pictured) Other than those things the truck is in very good condition. Please feel free to reach out with questions or request more pictures or information.
