82 Toyota pickup

82 pickup short bed. 22r 5 speed 4" suspension lift 3" body Runs and drives but had hesitation under higher Rpm acceleration. Checked timing and replaced carb. Might be a vacuum issue? Pros- -New 33" Goodyear’s! Less then 50 miles on them have receipts -smittybuilt tube bumpers front and rear Cab in good condition Also have an old pair of M.T. Baja claws.
