Ford F150 XLT 4x4 Pickup Truck

Ford F150 XLT 4wd Pickup with extended cab, bench seat, and long box. Has power doors, power locks, power windows, A/C, cruise control. Truck is an automatic with 140455 miles on the odometer. Issues: There are some areas of significant body rust. Pictured are the bed areas around the back wheels and under the pedal box (probably where the worst of the rust is). The frame is good and the bed is still good for carrying things. The power steering unit and pump need to be replaced...here the unit has enough rust that it will likely take a lot of work to pull it out - for instance, a mechanic shop might ordinarily bills for 3 hrs to do this, but in this case might do 6 hrs. The back wheels are rotted and need to be replaced. Asking $850 OBO. Could be a good truck for someone with mechanical ability or someone who know someone who has it.
