2003 Gmc WT5500 Isuzu non runner box truck

$ 3500 cash FIRM or I will part it out. DOES NOT RUN 7.8 6hk1 diesel engine, auto trans, ext cab. Has 173k miles. This truck was seized by the irs and sold at auction. When I bought it ran and drove perfect. When I went back to pick up three months later it would not start. I think the auction where i bought it jumped it with 24 volts because it was bitter cold and fried the ecm but just guessing. It will hit on ether so its just not getting fuel. It has been sitting at my house for 2 yrs now so time to go. I will part it out if not sold, the engine is $5k alone used. Will need to be towed DOES NOT RUN
