2001 ford f250 plow truck

I have an 01 ford f250 xlt 5.4l superduty 4x4 plow truck with 98k on it. Only used to plow one lot for the past 4 years. 7.5 western plow all new brake calipers last year. Has rust. Needs exhaust work it is loud. Runs and drives good. Plows great. The power locks do not work and the overdrive button is broken off the shifter other than that everything works.
