1995 Ford F250 4WD plow truck

1995 Ford F250 four-wheel-drive plow truck V8, auto runs and drives, brakes work. You can hear it run and see it drive. Western uni-mount plow setup appears to be in good condition. Will need the following items fixed to be on the road: Biggest issue is an oil leak from oil cooler area near filter, needs a shift cable , need to jump it at the solenoid to start - might be related to shift cable/neutral safety switch, needs a battery, needs new right-rear tailight.
