1997 Ford F-150 extended cab truck

I have a 97 f150 in decent shape and runs good other then something with the mass air flow sensor is messing up and now it’ll start and idle but don’t want to rev up. Says on the code reader that mass air flow sensor input low. I think it will be a really easy fix. Anyway would make a excellent work truck. Air conditioning works great.
