1987 Ford F-350 Dump truck

Selling my 1987 ford f-350 dump truck runs and drives but it needs work. It’s 2 wheel drive, it’s got a 351w carbureted engine and a hydrolic dump. Having a power issue with the truck, after letting it run for a short time i try to start it right after and the battery clicks as if it is dead. List of parts that i just replaced. Distributor cap rotar voltage regulator Starter solenoid Spark plugs alternator battery Ignition coil ground wires pcm Also did oil change and transmission flush After doing research It appears that the cause of the issue is a bad starter. There is also a small rust/rot spot behind the seat but none on the frame or the dump bed. I was in a accident recently and has left me without a commuting vehicle so my loss is your gain I need the money $2500 or best reasonable offer.
