1998 international dump truck with stainless salter

Selling one used 1998 international 4900 single axle for parts or whole. Does run on starting fluid, truck has wiring problems. Has a 2004 smith salter model md 10sh. No chain owner said 3 grand for the salter alone. Truck does not come with tool box. Helping a friend part it out call with what you want or need. Rear tires sold
